At Mellness we offer two types of Stretch Therapy services: Kinesio Stretch and Thai Stretch. Both are a hands-on approach to improving flexibility, joint mobility, muscle performance, and posture. Helping you move through controlled, purposeful stretches designed to release tension and pain in order to restore healthy movement patterns.

Using a blend of traction, oscillation, circumduction, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), StretchA Method techniques, Thai Healing Foundations, and assisted yoga poses to allow your body to move freely with better neuromuscular control.

• Kinesio Stretch is a science-forward therapy beginning in an infrared sauna blanket, and performed on a massage table.

• Thai Stretch‍ is a deeply grounding, body-to-body experience, and is performed on a Thai massage mattress.

We’ll meet you where you are with a comfortable, fully-clothed, personalized assisted stretch therapy session that requires no special flexibility or experience at all. Our specialized, table-based Kinesio Stretch is tailored to your body’s needs, and performed in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Every first-time appointment includes a Biomechanics Assessment to help us better understand your movement patterns, mobility, and range of motion.

Mobile Stretch Therapy appointments are available within a 25-mile radius of our studio in downtown Sisters, Oregon. Please note that in-home appointments have an added $10 travel fee, are limited to Kinesio Stretch Therapy only, and does not include our infrared sauna blanket or other specialty tools from our studio.
