Join us for a variety of classes in our 12-person studio located at 282 South Cedar Street in beautiful downtown Sisters. Offering a wide selection of fitness and yoga classes. Our yoga classes are a blend of Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa and Prana, accompanied by anatomical alignment cues for proper technique. All levels are welcome in all Mellness classes.
Studio opens 10 minutes prior to class start and all equipment is provided. Feel free to bring your own yoga equipment if it helps enhance your experience. Feel free to bring a plastic or metal water bottle; however, we kindly ask that you leave glass containers and food outside the studio to maintain a clean and safe space for all. Thank You!
