Group Class Schedule
Join us for a variety of classes in our 12-person studio located at 282 South Cedar Street in beautiful downtown Sisters. Offering Mellow Flow Yoga, and a wide selection of fitness classes. Our yoga classes are a blend of Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa and Prana, as well as anatomical alignment cues for proper technique. All levels are welcome.
The studio opens 10 minutes prior to class and all equipment is provided. Feel free to bring your own yoga equipment if it helps enhance your experience. You're welcome to bring a plastic or metal water bottle; however, we kindly ask that you leave glass containers and food outside the studio to maintain a clean and safe space for all. Thank You!
